The QuickRelease BasePlates allow you to use your own rowing shoes every time you row. They attach to the footplate of your boat and allow you to clip your own rowing shoes in and out in seconds.
They attach to all boats and ergos (via erg/RP3 adapter plate) (ShoePlate Tops not included - see full QuickRelease System).
