The QuickRelease ShoePlate Tops allow you to use your own rowing shoes every time you row. They clip in and out of the BasePlates in seconds and attach to almost any rowing shoe (BasePlates not included - see full QuickRelease System).
*ShoePlates cannot be attached to a boat without BasePlates
